Conditions for using services provided by J2 Digital, LLC.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the digital marketing and related services operated by J2 Digital, LLC.
J2 Digital, LLC provides search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) and paid media management, social media marketing, content and email marketing, analytics setup and reporting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in your proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.
Payment schedules are defined in your project proposal or contract. A retainer or deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may result in pausing services, including advertising campaigns, until balances are current.
You agree to provide timely access to websites, analytics accounts, ad accounts, and other materials reasonably needed for J2 Digital, LLC to perform the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative assets and content produced specifically for you become yours upon full payment for those deliverables. Underlying methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools remain the property of J2 Digital, LLC.
Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in your contract (often with written notice, for example 30 days). Fees for work completed through the termination date remain due as outlined in your agreement.
